GRANDMA SCHNUR rated a slim lead inside, came under pressure toward the five sixteenths pole, raced at the rail on the far turn, was caught mid-stretch but held on for second. LOOKIN BACK stalked two deep, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, contested at a close disadvantage through the far turn then flattened inside the sixteenth pole. COLETTE'S SPIRIT saved early ground, bid nearing the three eighths pole and raced at the rail on the far turn, altered course from the heels of rivals mid-stretch and finished evenly. PASS IT ON was forced to the outside fence into the first turn then corrected course and steadily improved from the half mile pole. KIRBY stalked four wide early and took a slim lead at the half mile pole, was caught and gave chase nearing the three eighths, rounded the far turn in the three path then weakened. BETTER BOAT stalked the early pace three wide, gave chase past the three eighths pole but weakened at the rail on the far turn.
