Chart notes
BLAME IT ON KITTY was off a step slow, raced unhurried early, moved four-wide through the first turn, advanced six-wide through the second turn, drifted in slightly in mid-stretch, bumped with rival and was up in the closing yards. IMPERATOR settled off the leaders early, dropped back nearing the three-eighths marker, drifted out in mid-stretch to bump with rival, was quickly straightened away and finished with good energy. SEATTLE SEE YA was away in good order to duel for the lead while racing three-wide and gave way grudgingly in the drive. TALKIN MALICE raced off the pacesetters throughout and failed to threaten. SWAGSATIONAL showed no early speed, saved ground through the second turn, reached a contending position but failed to gain late. ROLL OUT was forwardly placed early, moved five-wide through the second turn, steadied in mid-stretch and gave way thereafter. FORT YORK lacked early speed, raced four-wide through the second turn, was bumped, bobbled and steadied in mid-stretch and gave way. JUGGLES disputed the pace while racing four-wide and weakened after going three-quarters. HIGH SPEED CHASE was forwardly placed early, moved three-wide through the second turn and weakened. THE STEWARDS CONDUCTED AN INQUIRY CONCERNING THE STEADYING OF FORT YORK IN MID-STRETCH, AND AFTER REVIEWING THE FILMS CONCLUDED IMPERATOR CAUSED THE INFRACTION BY DRIFTING OUT AND WAS DISQUALIFIED FROM SECOND AND PLACED SEVENTH.
