Chart notes
CALCULATE unhurried in the early part, had an outside trip, moved up around the final turn, drove clear down the stretch and finished well. SI ES GOYA raced near the middle of the field, made a late bid, proved no match for the winner, but was a clear second. COOL INDIVIDUAL void of early speed, came around the second turn wide, made a late gain and got up for third. SUMMER APPEAL lacked early speed, came around the final turn wide, moved up and finished evenly. BIG MONEY MACHINE lacked early speed, improved position, but was no factor. IN CHARGE HALO went to the front, drove clear and faded. ALWAYS A CATCH raced evenly near the back and never mounted a bid. RUN AWAY SON raced within striking distance and dropped back. HALF A BITE pressed the early pace and retreated to the rear. CORVETTE SPIRIT raced within contention, dropped back and was outrun.
