BATTALION hustled from the gate, raced three wide through the first turn before tipping four paths off the inside into the backstretch settling in closest aim of the leader, remained patiently handled tucked to the two path through the far turn, spun three wide for home and advanced, got roused when taking command just outside the eighth pole, edged clear under a light drive to prevail. FLOWERS FOR LISA coaxed from the start, showed the way in hand along the inside through the first turn, tipped to the three path down the backstretch before tucking back inside into the far turn, came under coaxing near the quarter pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, dug in under threat and was collared near the eighth pole, kept on safe for the place honors. RUNABOUT got pinched back at the start, raced four then three wide through the first turn before settling three paths off the inside in pursuit down the backstretch, tucked inside half a mile from home, came under coaxing near the quarter pole, took the inside route into upper stretch and weakened in the late stages. POTANTICO hustled from the gate, chased two to three wide under coaxing from the three-eighths, angled four wide for home and weakened. NOBLE THOUGHT coaxed from the gate, raced four then three wide through the first turn, chased four wide down the backstretch and then just off the inside through the far turn, went five wide into upper stretch and tired. NUTZFORBOLTZ three wide through the opening bend, settled six paths off the inside down the backstretch before going four wide through the far turn placed to coaxing at the three-eighths, went six wide into upper stretch and was eased home to the finish.
