Chart notes
KONTAR tracked three wide, rallied in the stretch and prevailed late after a long stretch battle. KID RUSSELL chased the early speed, rallied in the stretch and drew even, held grudgingly and just missed. HEIDI'S SINATRA was unhurried early, rallied in the stretch and closed a gap late. FUNNY BACHELOR raced inside and had a mild bid. REALLY RED had good position on the inside and went evenly late. HOME RUN POWER set the pace until the top of the stretch, then faltered. SKYTOWN CAT wide early, was no threat. TAPAWAY was outrun. VICTORY DIVISION was no factor.
