KILLARGUE'S GIRL was rated between foes from just out of striking distance racing to the turn, shifted out three wide in upper stretch commencing a steady advance and took over nearing the wire to go clear under pressure. I'M A CUTIE was urged prompting a rival's pace racing in the three path into the turn, pressed the issue into upper stretch, exchanged bumps with BLAZE AWAY N HIDE leaving the furlong marker, continued to exchange contact to the sixteenth marker and lost momentum nearing the wire while edging his rival for the place honors. BLAZE AWAY N HIDE broke readily, was urged along the inside setting the pace in the opening furlong, disputed the issue inside a rival into the bend, shifted out nearing midstretch making contact with I'M A CUTIE, then continied to exchange bumps to the sixteenth marker while steadily losing momentum. MACLEAN'S BELLA ducked out slightly at the start, was settled outside rivals in the second flight racing to the turn and offered no rally. VEGAS SLIPPERS tracked off the first flight along the inside to the turn and steadily faded nearing upper stretch. REDZILLA angled to the inside in early stages and soon retreated. FOLLOWING THE RACE, THE RIDER OF BLAZE AWAY N HIDE LODGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST THE RIDER OF I'M A CUTIE WHILE THE STEWARDS CONDUCTED A CONCURRENT INQUIRY BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
