ROSSA VELOCE broke in and bumped with a foe then was bumped by another rival and forced in, established a good position just off the pace, dropped back along the rail on the turn, turned into upper stretch in the two path and lacked the needed kick while able to get the show. GRUDGE pressed the pace on the outside of the leader while loosely between foes, vied in the two path on the turn, battled between horses into the final furlong and weakened. PRAIRIE FIRE was urged along on the outside, went five wide on the turn, came six wide into the stretch and failed to rally. IRISH CONSTITUTION came in at the start then bumped with a foe, settled at the rear, rounded the turn in the two path, shifted out over heels coming to the quarter-pole, turned into the stretch in the five path and failed to threaten. ESOTICA bobbled at the start then bumped with a foe, recovered well while hustled to the front, set the pace under pressure to the outside, vied along the rail on the turn, battled under a drive into the sixteenth, was bumped then steadied late and weakened. WAILIN JOSIE bumped lightly with an opponent at the start while off a step slow, went four to five wide on the turn and failed to respond. IMPAZIBLE DONNA chased the pace on the outside then in the four path on the turn, dropped back late on that bend and faded.
