Chart notes
BEAR CREEK was allowed to settle down the backstretch, moved up near the far turn while racing in hand, raced four wide near the quarter pole and kicked clear through the stretch under steady handling. VICARAGE was off slowly, moved up through the far turn, angled in a bit to race near the rail and finished well to get up for the place position. HIGH FIVE COTTON stalked the early going, moved up four wide into the upper lane and kept on to the wire. SWAGGY GEORGE showed good early speed from the outside and weakened the final eighth of a mile. BEN COPENHAGEN settled just off the early going, raced five wide near the three sixteenths pole and had no response. NOTACATBUTACARD was bumped at the break and never was a factor. HPNOTIQ RHYTHM showed good early speed along the inside to set the pace and gave way.
