Chart notes
ANITA'S VISION was unhurried in the early stages, made a steady advance around the far turn, four wide in the lane and finished well to get up under strong encouragement. MACEE showed good early speed to set the pace down the backstretch, was challenged through the upper stretch, dug in late and held the place position. CANADA'S CUSTOMS tracked the early leader while racing just off the inside down the backstretch, challenged Macee through the upper stretch, led briefly near the eighth pole and kept on to the wire. SMILING ANGEL stalked the top pair and tired the final eighth of a mile. BOUGIE MARIE settled off the early going, raced towards the inside and never was a factor. WORLD OF HURT raced far back and never threatened.
