WHITEHOUSE away well and chased duo on the backstretch, continued in striking range on the turn, asked in upper stretch, asked again late surged well to just miss. VERMEER away best while being bumped at the start, went to rail to lead on the backstretch, continued to lead on the turn, overtaken by outside rival in upper stretch and kept on to save show. RUN MANNY RUN off bit slow and settled for a inside stalking position, continued along the rail on the turn, eased out four wide in upper stretch and made mild late progress. MARKSMAN ON TARGET settled off the pace two wide on the backstretch, continued two wide on the turn, entered stretch five wide and failed to rally. LOVE AND HOLD saved ground throughout and failed to threaten.
