Chart notes
HAPPY TRAILS stalked the speedy up the backstretch, loomed three wide leaving the turn, struck the front at the eighth pole and drove clear. SEASON TO REMEMBER dueled for command form outside, put away inside rival at the top of the stretch but was then challenged by HAPPY TRAILS in upper stretch, ceded the lead with a furlong to go and stayed on well proving second best. WILD ARCH stalked the top pair outside a rival, traveled four wide through the bend and lacked a late bid. SCREAM AND SHOUT broke a step slow, went up to duel for command along the rail into and around the turn, then weakened down the lane. TIPPY TOP came away a bit slow, settled inside, exited the turn two wide and had little left for the stretch.
