Chart notes
MISSED THE BOAT raced four-wide through the first turn, stalked the leaders while racing four-wide, moved up to offer a bid nearing the five-sixteenths pole, opened a clear lead with a sixteenth to run and was fully extended to hold TOP OF THE GAME off by the narrowest of margins. TOP OF THE GAME showed no early speed, raced six-wide through the second turn, was gaining on the winner late to just miss. CAPTAIN RED was void of early speed, raced five-wide through the second turn and finished with good late energy. SWAMP SOUFFLE was forwardly placed early, saved ground through the second turn, angled out approaching the stretch, reached a striking position but failed to gain late. TOIL AND TROUBLE was void of early foot, raced three-wide through the second turn, angled in with a furlong to run and was not a factor. HOUSE LIMIT pressed the pace while racing three-wide, moved up to offer a bid nearing the five-sixteenths pole, vied and gave way in the drive. DON'TTEASETHETIGER set a pressured pace from the inside and weakened after going three-quarters.
