Chart notes
HE TAKES CHARGE raced within striking distance, made a late bid and got up in time. FOREVAMO pressed the pace, came around the second turn three wide, drove clear and was caught at the wire. CALCULATE lacked early speed, made a late gain, racing six wide and finished willingly. HATTIES JEWEL raced near the back, gained ground late, racing five wide and was outfinished for third. HARDCORE FOLKLORE raced in the middle of the field, put forth an even effort and lacked a bid. CARPE VICTORIAM showed early speed, was forwardly placed until down the home stretch, where he faded and was no threat late. GENTRIFIED raced evenly near the back and was never a threat. MOMENT dueled on the front end, saved ground and dropped back. TEMPRANO was left at the post and trailed throughout.
