HEAT SEEKING LETA was content to settle to the turn, was steered four wide along the bend, swung widest into the drive, confronted JAN JAN CAN inside of the final sixteenth under firm urging, battled and got up in the final strides to prevail. JAN JAN CAN saved ground while tracking the early pace, made a two wide bid leaving the turn to confront AFTER SUNDOWN, took command inside of the final furlong, was met by HEAT SEEKING LETA nearing the sixteenth-marker, battled with that foe and was bested in the end, while clear of the rest. AFTER SUNDOWN was away alertly and was hustled to set the pace from the inside, was confronted by JAN JAN CAN approaching the furlong grounds and gave way in the late going. STAND IN YOUR LOVE was up close to the turn, lost ground while chasing the pace three wide on the turn and tired in drive. AMBA tracked the early pace to the turn, lost ground nearing the quarter-marker while two wide between rivals and weakened in the late stages.
