Chart notes
STEPHEN'S ANSWER went to the front, drove clear, lead throughout and finished well. UNION STATION lacked early speed, moved up on the inside around the second turn, made an outside bid, proved no match for the winner, but was a clear second. SIR SMACK pressed the pace, forwardly placed throughout and lacked a finish. YOUNG BULL raced within striking distance, came around the second turn on the outside and finished evenly. GOTTA GO void of early speed and was never a factor. LUKE'S CAJUN STAR raced within contention, dropped back and was no threat late. COMMON LAW CAT raced in the rear, came around the first turn on the outside and showed little.
