Chart notes
START WELL vied for the early lead, took command around the final turn, drove clear, pulled away down the stretch and was ridden out. CZAR'S BALLERINA void of early speed, moved up, racing wide around the final turn, proved no match for the winner, but was a clear second. SMILING ANGEL challenged on the front end, forwardly placed throughout and lacked a late kick. VIOLET SHADOWS pressed the early pace, had an outside trip, weakened and finished evenly. READY READY went to the front, saved ground and was finished early. BOUGIE MARIE broke out, racing in the back, came around the first turn on the outside and was never close. MARDI GRAS GORMLEY lacked early speed and showed little.
