Chart notes
RUBY LEE gave chase toward mid track, took the nod in the four path nearing the head of the lane, dueled clear mid-stretch and held on under steady encouragement, although, pulled up sore and was vanned off. ONE SMART COOKIE gave chase outside, ran in the five path of the turn and was gaining steadily on the winner. WHYCANTTHISBELOVE contested the pace inside, raced close through the upper stretch but dropped back at the rail mid-stretch and flattened later yards. VINTAGE GIN contested the pace through the backstretch, took the nod into the turn, was caught nearing the eighth pole, steadied between horses in the upper stretch then flattened the final sixteenth. DANCE LIGHTLY chased outside, rounded the turn about the six path and raced evenly in the lane. DEW DAT contested the pace three wide while between horses but dropped back into the turn and weakened. U R THE LUCKY ONE contested the pace two deep while between horses then faded through the turn.
