Chart notes
BEARAKONTIE raced with the early pace then took the lead two deep at the nine sixteenths pole, cleared Sherwood Lady at the seven sixteenths, came under pressure at the five sixteenths and was kept alert in the lane. ALPINE MOON rounded the opening turn about the four path, bid nearing the seven sixteenths pole, ran in the three path of the far turn and dueled to a clear second mid-stretch. JESSICA rounded the first turn in the three path, gave chase into the backstretch and ran at the rail on the far turn, then ceded second mid-stretch. LADY MACHO settled off the pace about the three path the first turn, picked up the chase from the three eighths pole, remained in the three path on the far turn and showed little further. MORALITY CLAUSE showed little response leaving the first turn. MARY'S JEWEL raced well back and was not a factor. SHERWOOD LADY set the early pace inside, was caught at the nine sixteenths pole, dropped back at the seven sixteenths then faded. UNEXPECTEDLY raced well back.
