Chart notes
WICKED ROSE pressed the pace, forwardly placed throughout, pulled away down the home stretch and proved the best. MAGIC LIGHTNING dueled on the front end, raced close throughout, proved no match late for the winner, but was a clear second. DUDE DROP KID raced within striking distance, made a late inside bid, proved no match for the top two, but was an easy third. BIG JABOT lacked early speed, gained ground late, but was no factor. ACABELLA broke a step slow, trailing the field, had an outside trip, showed late interest, but was no threat. HEARTTHROB HALO challenged for the early lead, saved ground and faded down the home stretch. KING OF CONTRABAND raced within contention, saved ground around the second turn and was finished early. CABRO TORO void of early speed and was outrun. ORPHAN CREEK raced near the middle of the field and dropped back.
