Chart notes
ROAD PARTY exchanged contact with Figaros Fortune leaving the gate, took over at the three quarter pole and angled to the inside to rate the pace, came under pressure nearing the quarter pole, contested the advantage at the rail on the far turn then widened the final sixteenth under steady handling. WHAT AN OX stalked toward the inside, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, raced off the rail on the far turn and dug in through the stretch to maintain second. WITH SECRET ENERGY rounded the first turn in the five path, raced outside into the backstretch and picked up the chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, ran off the rail on the far turn, eased outward into the stretch and finished well while gaining on the runner-up. LATE IN THE GAME settled off the pace toward the inside, bid leaving the three eighths pole and raced just off the rail on the far turn, though, flattened stride through the lane. TWILIGHT YEARS saved ground just off the pace then stalked from the three path leaving the first turn, picked up the chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole but faded in the four path of the far turn. CHASE LIL ME raced off the pace in the three and four paths the first turn, picked up the chase from the seven sixteenths pole then weakened at the rail on the far turn. FIGAROS FORTUNE exchanged contact with Road Party leaving the gate and entered the first turn about the five path, moved to the rail midway through the turn and was never in contention.
