Chart notes
NEW HIRE stalked the early pace and made a three wide bid on the turn to take command nearing the quarter pole, then drew clear leaving the turn and after a couple right handed pops with the riding crop leaving the furlong marker drew off smartly to prove much the best. BET THE QUEEN was allowed to settle early while four wide, then advanced five wide by the quarter pole, then finished willingly for the place award while no match to the winner. FUELED UP was well placed early on the inside, then had to steady slightly on the inside nearing the three eighths marker, swung out three wide leaving the turn and had no kick, bested rest. LIFE IS ETERNAL was reserved early, then was on the inside by the the quarter pole and had no rally. DENALI RAE set the early pace on the inside and faltered. PERSWAYMEAGAIN was slow into stride, then raced five wide on the turn and had no response. V W TURBO was bumped and then stumbled after the start, then was not a factor.
