AMERICAN MONARCH coaxed from the gate, raced four wide in aim of the leader, crossed to the inside half a mile from home forcing MARKET ALERT to check along the rail, came under coaxing at the three-eighths, spun just off the inside into upper stretch taking command straightened away, dug in under a drive and held safe to prevail. SCOCCIATORE coaxed from the start, showed the way in hand three then two wide coming under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, spun three wide into upper stretch, got headed straightened away, dug in under a drive fighting on to the finish and coming again mildly at the end. RYAN'S CAT hustled from the gate, chased five then four wide under coaxing from the three-eighths, swung four wide into upper stretch and kept on to the finish to just secure the show honors. TWELTH MAN chased three to four wide under a ride from midway on the turn, cornered four wide at the top of the stretch and kicked on mildly and belatedly to the wire. MARKET ALERT hustled from the gate, settled just off the inside just off the pace, tucked inside nearing the half mile pole and was forced to steady when AMERICAN MONARCH crossed directly in front to the rail, lost one to two lengths of position into the turn and tipped to the two path coming under coaxing near the three-eighths, cut the corner into upper stretch briefly paused, then stayed on one paced to the finish. RISK PROFILE hustled from the start, chased four to five wide under coaxing from the three-eighths, swung five wide for home and weakened. CARROTHERS broke half a beat slow and struck the left side stall at the start, chased three then two wide under coaxing from the seven-sixteenths, swung five wide for home and made no impact. MEDICINE TAIL coaxed from the gate, raced forwardly placed five paths off the inside down the backstretch, tucked three wide through the turn getting placed to coaxing three furlongs from home, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and tired. SARATOGA PAL two to three wide in pursuit, got coaxed along with seven-sixteenths to run, went six to seven wide into upper stretch and made no impact. SUPPLY AND DEMAND chased two to three wide coaxed along from the seven-sixteenths, angled five wide into upper stretch and trailed.
