Chart notes
FROLIC MAN stalked the pace from the rail, tipped two wide near the quarter pole, bid outside of the pacesetter in midstretch , was brushed near the sixteenth pole and edged ahead under a drive. FROSTED ARMOUR set the pace along the rail, drifted out and brushed the winner near the sixteenth pole, yielded the lead near there and fought on inside. RUSSIAN TO WIN prompted the pace two and three wide was one-paced through the lane to hold the show. HEY PORTER was off a bit slow, raced off the pace inside and had a mild rail stretch gain. RHYMES LIKE DIMES lacked early speed, raced two wide around the turn, swung five wide in upper stretch and rallied belatedly. SPRING THE BEAST failed to menace while racing four wide. RAYO COLORADO chased the pace three wide and retreated through the lane.
