Chart notes
LOST IN NEWYORK was off a step slow, then advanced on the inside, then was blocked and boxed leaving the five sixteenths, eased out and made a four wide bid by the quarter pole, then went on even terms for the lead by the furlong marker and edged clear late under a drive. FIVE STAR PHIL stalked the early pace and made a three wide bid on the turn to duel for command, then shook clear leaving the turn, but was headed by the furlong marker and was outkicked, second best. YO NESSROUNDONKERN chased the early pace and made a four wide move on the turn, was fanned out five wide leaving the turn, then lugged in despite under left handed crop urging by the furlong marker, and flattened out. STORMY BONNIE stumbled at the start, made a mild bid three wide on the turn and was empty in the drive. GIMME A JAMESON set the early pace and then dueled for the lead on the inside by the quarter pole and weakened. THE GHOST OF N Y lacked a rally.
