Chart notes
MOSLER'S TOUCH took the lead nearing the half mile pole and set a clear pace, came under pressure leaving the five sixteenths pole and was steadily handled through the lane. TOY TIGER broke inward then gave chase through the backstretch, ran in the three path of the turn and dug in down the lane to hold onto second. CALIFORNIA SUZY was shuffled back at the break, gave chase through the backstretch, rounded the turn about the four path, finished well and was gaining on the runner-up. CHRISTINE'S COSMO gave chase, rounded the turn about the four path and showed little more. WHO'S YOUR DADDY gave chase then faded at the rail on the turn. MISSING MY POINT chased, ran in the three path of the turn and was eased.
