Chart notes
INCREASE STAKES brushed leaving the gate, showed speed from inside, vied with a pair of rivals to the turn, held a short lead around the bend then cleared at the top of the stretch and drew away. ROSIE FORECAST stalked the top trio from inside to the turn, tipped out and bumped rival at the eight pole, then finished well to prove second best. BOLD CHOICE forwardly placed in the early going, traveled outside a rival then came three wide into the lane, angled out in the stretch and got up for the show. FUNNY FELINE was away well and showed early speed while pulling the rider along early, vie three deep to the turn, chased three wide around the bend and got edged for the show. ROUBAIX vied between rivals early, pressed around the turn, chased the leader two wide into the lane and weakened. BARRISTER'S RIDE was off slow to begin, trailed early on, advanced two then three wide on the turn and could not rally. ELEGANCE CODE broke a bit slow and bumped with LADY BLACKBIRD, got blocked behind a rival at the five-sixteenths pole, remained inside to the stretch and failed to menace. LADY BLACKBIRD was off a bit slow and bumped leaving the gate, settled off the pace, went three then two wide on the turn and could not rally. SWEET DUCK brushed leaving the gate, settled inside then came two wide into the lane and had little left for the drive. CIRCLE OF STARS got bumped and shuffled bad at the start, bobbled over the dirt crossing then took a bad step and had the rider lose the left iron, finally regained his footing into the turn, came three wide into the stretch and was not a factor.
