Chart notes
BUXTERHOOTER unhurried in the early part, moved up on the inside around the final turn, split rivals down the lane and drove clear. HATTIES JEWEL raced in the middle of the field, moved up on the outside around the final turn, made a bid, took the lead, but proved no match late for the winner. MOMENT vied for the early lead, forwardly placed throughout, but proved no match late for the top two. HIGH POWERED lacked early speed, came around the final turn on the outside, made a wide bid, but was no factor. DECEMBER SEVEN dueled on the front end and faded. MUCH CLASS pressed the early pace, saved ground around the second turn and faded. CARPE VICTORIAM was an early factor and was finished early. PAT'S KARMA raced in the middle of the pack, faded and was no threat late. CONVICT PIKE always raced near the back and showed little.
