Chart notes
CRABS N BEER stalked between rivals, made a three wide run at the quarter pole, responded when roused, dueled outside rivals passing the furlong marker and drew clear under urging. CUNEO pressed the pace, bid on the turn, put a head in front, dueled with the winner and dug in gamely to the end. B B BAD raced off the pace, advanced inside at the quarter pole, angled out, closed well late and was along for the show spot. JOKEMEISTER set the pace on the inside, dueled on the turn, dug in gamely in upper stretch, then weakened. SHARP RED EAGLE was off a bit slow, tracked on the inside, chased on the turn and lacked a rally. JUMP FOR THE WIN chased outside and tired. CAPTAIN CHAZZ steadied at the start and pulled, raced off the pace, moved up at the quarter pole, then tired. ALWAYS DRINKING stalked three wide and gave way.
