Chart notes
QUEETEN was allowed to settle while three to four wide down the backstretch, made a three wide move on the turn, then dueled for command leaving the turn and slowly edged clear late to prove best under a drive. GREELEY WENT WEST was reserved early on the inside, then advanced on the inside but had to steady nearing the three eighths marker, then made a inside move to duel for command, but was outfinished after a long drive. BINDING was settled back early while four wide on the backstretch, came five wide into the drive and had a belated rally on the outside to best the rest. CAEUS IN PASADENA was rated along early on the inside and then was two wide by the half mile marker, swung out five wide for the drive but had no late rally. THIRTYSIX G'S lacked a rally. SR. CLARKY vied for the lead on the inside and weakened. GUILTY LOVER failed tom menace. SENATOR CON vied for the lead three wide and stopped.
