Chart notes
SANTOS DUMONT off slowly, moved up to race in mid pack off the inside, in the two path through the second turn, shifted out when straightened for home, finished with good resolve to be up in time. PATS PROPERTY set or forced the pace inside, headed in the second turn, dueled through upper stretch, battled back for the place while unable to hold off the winner in the final strides. C FALLS broke alertly, pressed early off the inside, dueled the middle half and into the stretch, held a narrow advantage past the furlong marker, outkicked for the place. CALIBRATE settled off the pace toward the inside, pulled onto the backstretch, remained in the two path second turn, lacked a closing response to finish up evenly. HUNT THE FRONT off a step slow, trailed well back, saved ground through the final turn, improved position in the drive. PRIORITIZATION in the second flight while racing three wide, weakened in the drive. CATHOLIC GUILT prompted the pace while toward the inside, continued to save ground through the second turn, had nothing for the drive. MYOPIC lacked speed while racing three wide, was finished after a half. QUARTERBACK DAK off slow, remained always back.
