THE INFLUENCER was unhurried early, saved ground on the backstretch, move four wide to rally on far turn, dueled in mid-stretch and was up for the win. OSWALD COBBLEPOT chased the leader from the inside, bid three wide on the far turn, then dueled in the stretch but hung in the end. WICKED REBEL was unhurried early, then bid along the rail on the far turn and was gaining late. AMERICAN NIGHTMARE set the pace, was in long drive but was used up and weakened late. CHAMPS SUCCESS stalked the leader while two wide, was tired after bidding on the far turn and gave way.
