Chart notes
JOPLIN was allowed to settle off the early pace, moved up four wide through the lane and finished well to get up under strong pressure. NEON DREAMS was unhurried early on, angled five wide through the upper stretch and finished second best. EMOLGA stalked the early pace, raced three wide in the drive and had not enough for the top pair. PURPLE SCOOTER showed good early speed to set all the pace and weakened the final eighth of a mile. MOONFIELD pressed the pace, raced two wide and weakened in the stretch run. JUSTATAPIN stalked the pace, raced along the inside and had no response. RYRYSWEETIE was slow early, raced five to six wide through the upper stretch and never was a factor. SHELLPHONE dropped back early, raced along the inside around the far turn and never threatened. DAKAMO ROSE was slow early, raced five wide around the first turn and never threatened. CLINE TIME failed to sustain a bid.
