Chart notes
MISCHIEVOUS JESSE pressured the pace inside, took the nod at the rail approaching the quarter pole, drifted and drew clear into the stretch and was steadily handled to the finish. BELMULLET engaged in close chase through the backstretch, raced in range at the rail on the turn then dueled through the stretch for second. PERTH AMBOY pressured the pace and contested at a close disadvantage three wide on the turn then flattened in the stretch duel for second. BAYTOWN JAKESTER gave chase, ran at the rail on the turn and finished evenly. CHASING ANNA was hustled along to set a pressured pace, gave up the lead nearing the quarter pole, remained close on the far turn, though weakened inside the eighth pole. EL ZOPILOTE gave chase, rounded the turn about the six path then flattened. TRUFFLES AND GOLD gave chase, rounded the turn about the four path then weakened. ROCKET SOUND gave chase inside and never factored. BUSHIDO'S WAY chased outside, bore out into the turn and raced wide through the turn.
