SCHENECTADY STAR chased leader to far turn, dueled at the half, cleared in the stretch and held sway late. AFTERMATH slow into stride, unhurried to far turn, rallied along in the stretch for place. CODE CLEAR inside run to the half, angled out with a late run for the show spot. LIVERYMAN tracked from off rail, made a mild bid far turn but flattened out in the stretch. LESTERS DREAM never reached contention. IN FACT quick from the gate, set pace to the half with nothing left and faded back.
