Chart notes
IMPRESSIONIST went to the front, showed the way with a clear advantage, went around the turn in the two to three path, extended the advantage coming to the quarter-pole, drew off under a solid hand-ride while being flagged with the crop until inside the sixteenth-pole then was eased up while much the best. BOURBON'S HOPE tracked the pace on the outside, chased three to four wide on the turn, remained on his inside lead in the stretch and safely secured the place while no match for the winner. MY LAST MISSION stumbled at the start and was off a bit slow, raced on the outside under urging, went four to five wide on the turn, had the rider lose her crop inside the five-sixteenths and lacked the needed response while able to get the show. AVA K'S BOY was hustled from the start then urged along at the rear, went two to three wide on the turn and failed to rally. DAUFUSKIE ISLAND chased the pace down the backstretch, dropped back while inside to the two path on the turn and tired.
