Chart notes
WILD FOR WYCLIFF set the pace inside of a prompting PRAIRIE, shook clear of that foe at the three sixteenths pole, and held sway thereafter. OTTOMAN EMPIRE tracked in the four path around the turn, shifted a bit further out in upper stretch, then stayed on late while hanging on his left lead, and reached place approaching the wire. PRAIRIE prompted the leader from the outside, inched closer turning for home, but was repelled approaching the three sixteenths pole, gave way in midstretch, and lost place in the closing stages. BALTIC FLEET chased the leading pair from the three path around the turn, but was outkicked for show by an outer foe in upper stretch, shifted to the six path soon after, and tired without making an impact. SCARY LARRY veered inwardly and bumped the gate while breaking multiple lengths behind the field, then saved ground at the rear and failed to get involved. MISTS OF TIME raced off of the pace in the five path around the turn, and tired.
