CROSSTOWN SHOOTOUT perfect position off rail to the turn, rallied outside wile all out to edge clear under stout handling. LOST IN MANHATTAN hopped at the start, rushed inside to turn, rallied through the stretch for place spot. DONNELS CREEK chased to the stretch, headed leader late but weakened in the drive. CANDY CANE LANE saved ground to no avail while passing tired ones late. FIRST DEPUTY slow from the gate, raced evenly with no late kick when needed. UNCLE EARL sharp speed to front, headed into the stretch but faltered late. KATE'S GOLDEN DUDE good position outside to the stretch with no late response. PERCENTAGE never a menace throughout.
