Chart notes
SALTY SAUL gave chase and took the lead at the quarter pole, drew clear midway on the turn then widened with steady stretch handling. AWESOME INCENTIVE chased through the backstretch, rounded the turn two deep then dug in to clear second late yards. JESS FOR KICKS took the lead while angling inward and set a pressured pace, was met at the quarter pole, dropped back midway on the turn then flattened the final furlong. NOBLE PRESENT gave chase, rounded the turn near the rail, eased outward leaving the turn and showed little further. TELL ALEXIS chased, rounded the turn at the rail then weakened. BANTAM ROOSTER steadied off the heels of Jess For Kicks nearing the half mile pole, gave chase outside, rounded the turn in the four and five paths, though, showed little more.
