DOWNTOWNCHALYBROWN rated behind the leaders, angled out on the turn, moved strongly and easily to the front and widened in the stretch under moderate urging. MUTTLEY settled off the pace inside then rallied mildly through the stretch. ENFORCER forced the pace outside, vied briefly on the turn then weakened in the stretch. DEPLANE dropped far behind inside, moved wide in the stretch. ICY COLD led inside through the opening quarter under pressure and was finished after half a mile. MYQUIST trailed far behind then passed a fading rival. KNOCKDOWN KID flashed speed between rivals then stopped abruptly losing contact with his field.
