Chart notes
HAPPY YEARS rounded the opening turn about the five path and settled off the pace leaving the turn, started a bid toward the three eighths pole, took over in the four path midway on the far turn and dug in under steady encouragement to hold on. SEXY CHOCOLATTE raced well off the pace toward the inside, bid nearing the five sixteenths pole, improved at the rail on the far turn, dueled for second mid-stretch and finished evenly. MIO GRACELAND settled back in the three path the first turn and left the turn outside, bid nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the turn about the four path, raced outside into the stretch, dug in to take third late yards and was gaining on the top two. CHARITABLY GIFTED raced inside the first turn, picked up the chase from the seven sixteenths pole, was in range of the lead in the three path of the far turn but flattened inside the sixteenth pole. DOC ELM rounded the first turn in the three path, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole but flattened off the rail on the far turn. REY O REYES was hustled for the early lead and moved to the inside to set the pace, came under pressure nearing the three eighths pole, gave up the lead at the rail midway on the far turn then weakened past the eighth pole. CHAMPSTER rounded the first turn in the four path, gave chase from the seven sixteenths pole then weakened in the three path of the far turn.
