Chart notes
LIBERAL (IRE) got shuffled back soon after the start, trailed to the far turn, went two wide into the bend, angled out and came five wide into the lane, drifted inward in the lane, closed fast and proved best late. NILES CHANNEL chased along the inside, lacked room through the far turn, tipped out in upper stretch, rallied in the final furlong but got outclosed by the winner. IRISH HEATWAVE came in soon after the start, checked off heels into the first turn, ranged up four wide on the second bend, drifted inward near the eight pole and got outkicked by the top pair. KEYSTONE FIELD showed early speed outside a pair of rivals into the first turn, ceded command around the bend and stalked from outside, bid three deep on the far turn, cleared in upper stretch and but got run down by a trio of rivals late. FLY THE SKY reserved in the early going, coaxed three then four wide on the far turn and showed late effort. EXULTATION vied for the lead from inside into first turn then dueled around the bend, inched ahead up the backstretch, vied with rivals on the far turn, lost the lead and steadied in upper stretch and churned on to the wire. MOVE OVER (GB) chased in the two path on the first turn, rounded the second bend three wide and lacked a serious bid. FRONTIER MARKET settled off the pace and moved to two path, raced between on the backstretch and crept closer in the middle stages, got blocked behind a runner while between foes past the quarter pole, angled to the inside entering the stretch and could not rally. CRASH CORRIGAN was a bit fractious in the gate, broke slow, checked twice prior to the first turn, raced near the back of the pack up the backstretch, tipped three wide into the stretch, angled out further in upper stretch and failed to menace. TRUTH SEEKER settled inside, got shuffled past the three-eighths pole, remained inside to the stretch and made no impact. ON A SPREE vied between into the first turn then dueled around the first turn, chased the leader past the half-mile marker, re-bid between on the far turn then got put tight at the quarter pole and tired in the lane.
