Chart notes
HIP HIP HOORAY pressed the pace two wide into the stretch, made the lead then widened the balance of the trip to win as much the best under a strong hand ride. OL' NED broke in front, set a pressured pace to the top of the stretch then was no match for the winner. TANTRUM with the second flight three wide, finished with good courage. SAMMY'S SMILE trailed into the stretch, swung wide and passed tiring rivals in the seven path. WILDCAT BILL had speed along the inside through the turn then weakened. CHISELED JUSTICE was no factor. RED HOT POWER was hustled along but no threat.
