ONLY GIRL was urged forcing the pace outside a rival racing into the first turn, gained a brief advantage on the backstretch, dueled for command inside a rival into upper stretch but was collared by the winner late while finishing on even terms for second. STARSHIP MACYS ducked out at the start getting away slowly, angled to the inside racing to the backstretch, was prompted to make some brief progress nearing the far turn but came up empty in late stages. BELLAVALENCIA settled into stride shifting off the inside racing to the backstretch, continued three wide on the far turn, then four wide into the lane but lacked a rally.
