Chart notes
NEIGH DUDE was well placed early on the inside, made a inside bid leaving the turn, went on even terms by the furlong marker and slowly edged away in the furlong grounds to prove best under a drive. ALWAYS DRINKING set the pace while racing two wide, then dug in gamely in the stretch, relented in the furlong grounds while keeping on to be second best. STORMY BONNIE chased the early pace and made a three wide bid on the turn but flattened out in the lane. MASON MANIA chased the early pace, then was three to four wide on the turn and had no late kick. YANKEE JOE was close up early then was rated back four to five wide and had no rally. ORASHI lacked a rally.
