Chart notes
TOLONDA stalked the leader while three wide, vied for the lead on the turn, rallied passed rivals from the outside then drifted in slightly in late stretch, was in a hard drive and held for the win. IMA SKY TRAVELER was sandwiched at the start, then was unhurried early, swung out four wide entering the stretch and made a strong bid to close willingly in the end. DIAMONDS N ACES was unhurried early, then made a four wide bid on the turn to rally in late stretch, was closing well but was out finished for place. TEXAS ASCOT QUEEN pressed the leader while two wide, then vied to take the lead on the turn, continued to bid in the stretch, steadied along the rail then gave way. EAGLE EXPRESS chased the pace while two wide, made a mild bid on the turn but flattened out in the stretch drive. JAN'S TURN TO WIN was forced out at the start and bumped rival, then chased the pace from the inside and was no threat. TEXAS THUNDER broke out at the start, then set the pace from the inside, then vied to keep the lead on the turn but was blocked mid stretch and faltered. MORO LINGERIE broke out at the start and bumped rival then settled and failed to menace. There was a STEWARD'S INQUIRY and JOCKEY'S OBJECTION following the race. The jockey of TEXAS ASCOT QUEEN claimed foul against the jockey of TOLANDA for interference in the stretch drive. After reviewing the replay, no change was made to the order of finish.
