Chart notes
ROCKPORT KAT tracked three wide, bid outside of the leader around the far turn, gained an advantage in upper stretch, and edged away through the final sixteenth. DRIFTING WEST set the pace along the inside, met the eventual winner's bid around the far turn, fought on through upper stretch, but yielded entering the final sixteenth. TAPAGE tracked along the inside, but only managed to chase the top pair through the lane. HATTIES JEWEL lagged well behind entering the backstretch, cut the gap around the field entering the far turn, but only managed to pass a tiring rival turning for home. NORTHERN PLAYBOY stalked two wide, pressed down the backstretch, but weakened in to the far turn.
