Chart notes
ELGAR dueled early while between horses, shook clear in the stretch, widened late under mild urging. TIZWAY'S WILD SON was never far back early, rallied in the stretch, was no match for the winner but was up for place. AMIGO'S AFFAIR set a pressured pace and gradually weakened. DOCTOR LEE pressed three wide and went evenly late. ESCAPE VELOCITY allowed to settle, failed to menace. SILVER G T O had brief foot from the rail and gave way.
