UPPERCLASSMAN moved to a clear lead soon after the start, made all his own pace and was kept to task in the lane. EURAMASTER stalked the winner three wide alongside a rival and could not close the gap late. MAXIMUS THE GREAT moved up four wide and was closing in on the place horse. YODELERS WAY stalked the winner while inside a rival and weakened in the drive. SINGANDCRYINDUBAI was three and four wide in the far turn in reach of the leaders but weakened. FENDER BENDER saved ground and lacked a rally. SWINGIN' SAM was not a threat four wide. PAPA JOE was always back. SHARP ART pulled up leaving the first turn and walked off under his own power.
