Chart notes

MOMENT brushed with the horse to his outside leaving the gate, held a short lead while saving ground around the first turn and up the backstretch, continued to show the way while saving ground around the far turn, turned back a challenger in upper stretch and pulled clear. ONE WAY HOME pressed the pace from the two path through the opening half mile, continued to contest on the outside around the far turn, could not go with the winner in upper stretch and chased that rival home, holding second. TRY TRY AGAIN raced in the two path around the first turn, settled in the middle of the pack on the inside for the run up the backstretch, navigated the far turn from the two and three path, and improved position mildly down the lane while proving to be no match for the winner. BULLDOG OF BERGEN raced off the pace in the two path around the first turn, continued around the far turn still in the two path and was outkicked in the stretch. IRISH MAJOR brushed with the horse to his inside and was shuffled back leaving the gate, trailed the field while saving ground around the first turn and up the backstretch, made up some ground from the rail while racing around the far turn and was never a threat. THE LAST OPTION raced in the two and three path around the first turn, continued up the backstretch in the middle of the pack on the outside, navigated the far turn from the three path, swung wide entering the stretch and tired from there.
