MACEDONIAN RULER (AUS) raced unhurried early, moved four-wide through the second turn, reached the fore in tandem with LOLLY EXPRESS nearing the sixteenth pole and edged away from that rival through the closing yards. LOLLY EXPRESS was reserved just off the leaders early, moved three-wide through the second turn, reached the leaders nearing the sixteenth pole, vied with the winner but could not match strides late. THEMANBEHINDTHEMAN was never far back, saved ground through the second turn and finished with a steady bid. BOB'S ALL IN disputed the pace while racing three-wide and gave way through the final furlong. REAL GLITTER was away in good order to vie for the lead from the inside and gave way after going three-quarters. BLOW MY MIND was off a step slow then pulled to contend, pressed the pace while racing four-wide and weakened after going six furlongs. THE RACE WAS HAND TIMED.
